PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
FOR EDUCATORS
Give your team the gift of something truly different. Available as a half day or full day, these PD sessions are designed to inspire, refresh, and equip educators with real, practical tools they can use immediately in their classrooms. Expect a day that feels less like professional development and more like a breath of fresh air — because the best learning happens when we feel good too.
What Sets Us Apart
Integrity, creativity, and empathy shape the way we work. These aren't just words—they’re the foundation of everything we build. We believe in building a happier, more cohesive and regulated workplace. We use real life tools, practices that you can implement in your classroom, workplace and your everyday life.
Our Packages
Each package can be tailored to your team's needs and delivered as a half day or full day — because great learning should work around you.
Play + Joy Professional Development
When did we stop playing? This is your team's invitation to come back to it.
Designed for educators who give endlessly to the children and families in their care, the Play + Joy Retreat is a day (or half day) dedicated entirely to you. Led by Sarah Blangiardo and Emily Toner, this is a joyful, restorative experience that blends movement, creativity, and connection in the most beautiful way.
Your day includes:
Movement — get out of your head and back into your body
Mindfulness Tools — practical techniques you'll actually use
Values Workshop — reconnect with why you do this work
Creativity Workshop — unlock fresh thinking and playful expression
Nature Walk — a guided walk with Sarah and Emily to ground, breathe, and just be
Facilitators : Sarah Blangiardo + Emily Toner
Available as a half day or full day. Both options are designed to leave your team feeling lighter, more connected, and genuinely excited to walk back into the classroom.
Movement & Mindfulness Through a Trauma-Informed Lens
The children who need you the most can also be the hardest to reach. This workshop changes that.
This hands-on, practical workshop is designed specifically for early childhood educators who want to better understand and support the dysregulated children in their care — while also learning to manage their own stress in the room.
What we cover:
Trauma-informed practices in early childhood settings
Mindfulness & Breathwork tools educators can use directly with children
Movement-based regulation strategies for the classroom
Aligned with the EYLF — so it fits seamlessly into your existing framework
Facilitators : Sarah Blangiardo + Laura Pitt
Available as a half day or full day, and fully tailored to your team's needs. Your educators will leave with a toolkit they can use from day one — and a calmer, more connected environment for every child in their care.
