An Afternoon of Stillness: Meditation, Yoga, Pranayama & a Shared Ayurvedic Feast
Join us for an intimate gathering centred on meditation, yoga, and pranayama, followed by a nourishing shared meal of Kitchari, prepared the Ayurvedic way.
Sarah has been exploring the world of Ayurveda for the past six years, weaving its wisdom, often called the science of yoga, into her everyday life and diet. With each change of season, she completes a week-long Kitchari cleanse, a practice she's found deeply grounding for both digestion and the mind.
She can't wait to share this experience with you.
Sarah will guide you through Yoga Nidra, sometimes called Yoga (awake) Sleep. During the practice of Yoga Nidra you are lying down on a yoga mat, and I will guide you through the layers of your body and mind. Ending with a head massage from Sarah (with your consent). Afterwards we’ll dive into a beautiful Ayurvedic dinner of Kitchari, finished with tea and sweets.
